Solid wood composite paint door the core of the doors are mostly bonded together by pine, fir or imported fill material , MDF and solid wood veneer laminates, made of high temperature hot, and lines with solid wood edge. General advanced solid wood composite paint door, the core are high-quality white pine, compared with wood veneer surface. Because white pine’s small density, light weight, and easier to control moisture content, therefore finished doors are lighter weight , not easy to be deformed and cracked. In addition, solid wood composite paint door also has characteristics of insulation, impact resistance, flame-retardant properties, and the sound insulation is basically same as solid wood paint door.
Solid wood paint door the door core is taken from the natural forest wood , made after drying, and then by cutting, planing, mortising, drilling, high-speed milling processes etc,scientific processing.
