Reported on January 30, January to October 2012, China’s textile exports to France declined, the share of the French market share decline. This is the first time decline to China textile export to France for 10 years.
Reported that the January to October last year, the amount of China textile exports to France fell 5.38%, market share decreased from 34.1% to 33.9%, the first decline in 10 consecutive years of growth. Reported that the European Union abolished in 2004 import quotas on China textile accounted for a share of the French market in 2005 rose to 20.5%, and 34.1% in 2011. However, the data of the first 10 months of last year declined throughout 2012, according to industry estimates China textile exports to Europe fell 9%, much more than France.
Reported that China textile industry labor wage level since 2004 increased 181% to 25% in 2012, will be increased by 20% in 2013, coupled with inflation and the RMB exchange rate, the international competitiveness of China textile significantly reduced. With the increase in domestic demand, China textile production capacity continues to expand.
